Introducing FinalSay: approvals that meet production reality

Why we built a human-in-the-loop relay for AI agents—and what makes it different from a generic task queue.

Approvals are not tickets

When an autonomous agent needs a human, the UX problem is not “assign work.” It is time, clarity, and trust: the right person must see the right context, decide quickly, and the system must deliver the outcome back reliably.

FinalSay models that as a relay: structured requests from agents, focused decisions on mobile, and server-side lifecycle rules so nothing gets lost in the cracks.

What we optimize for

  • Fast human response — notifications and a decision surface tuned for short, high-stakes answers.
  • Reliable agent handoff — callbacks with retry semantics, or polling when that fits your runtime.
  • Operational safety — expiry, retention, and delivery state you can reason about from logs and history.

What is next

We will keep publishing patterns for integrating agents, modeling subscribers, and operating approvals at scale. If you are building agent products, we would love to hear what “human in the loop” means in your domain—contact us.
